伊藤北斗さんの新作抹茶碗。筒状の面取り型の造形に、象、カラス、樹木やオリエンタルな紋様が組み合わされた作品。茶碗のモチーフとして初めて用いられたという象は、ボタニカルな紋様とひし形に囲まれ神々しさを放っております。カラフルでありながら全体的に色合いやトーンが綺麗にまとまっており、また高台の削りや高台脇の紋様等、細部までしっかりと手が入れられています。象にちょこんと載っかる鳥など、作家らしい遊び心も満載の抹茶碗です。
