Unisphere was preliminarily designed by architect Gilmore Clarke with a developed structural engineering design by industrial designers at Peter Muller Munk Associates and engineers at American Bridge Company. The 140 feet high, 900,000 pound stainless steel behemoth is one of the largest representations of Earth on the Earth.
