Founded in 2004 by Christian Krogstad in Portland, Oregon, Westward ferments 100% locally sourced malted barley with craft ale yeast, then double pot distills the beer in bespoke low reflux stills designed to preserve the ale's character. Aged in new, heavily toasted and lightly charred American
