Tulip Time - 2 fishes Then I added ground glassInspiration: Tulips beginning to bloom in the spring. The curved sculpture looks great on its own, in a window or as a candle screen with a candle behind it. Artistic Process: The background is glass made with transparent blue and green with a clear glass on top. The tulips are kilncasted. All were tack fired to the background. The final firing was to form the glass into its curved shape with the bottom ground so it stands level and stable.
