Hamilton 8YO Diamond Single Cask Demerara #15217 Guyanese Rum 2012 26REASONABLE the complex aromas of driedIndependent bottler Ed Hamilton selected this single cask from Guyana's Enmore Estate, distilled in November 2012 on a 19th century wooden Coffey stillone of the last of its kind still in operation. The wooden still imparts a character impossible to replicate on modern equipment. Aged initially in used bourbon and whiskey barrels, shipped to the UK for further maturation, then to the US for bottling in July 2021 at a staggering 66. 6% ABV cask
