Chiapas is my favorite coffee growing region and this group of 110 women and 480 men pay attention to every detail and cultivate about 1600+ hectares. The bright acidity and medium body puts this one into the well balanced category. This coffee roasted dark brings out noticeable notes of hazelnuts and cardamon.
