Single Origin - Etiopien Malet chocolate notesThis is a "small farm project" to promote and support smaller producers in Ethiopia and find a market for their coffee that is traceable down to the farm. The coffee is collected at a common washing station in the region from 700 smallholder farmers. The coffee contains an Ethiopian bean from the West Arsi area (Natural) which is roasted just after the "First crack" to retain much of the lovely fruitiness this bean has. Process: Natural Region:
