To test the Photostability upon laser irradiation, 200 L of PLGA nanoparticles encapsulating DDA-GSH-AuNCs, Nile red or fluorescein were placed in UV 96-Well microplate and irradiated with the following lasers: (364 nm, 80 mW, 248 mW/cm 2 ), (568 nm, 30 mW, 93 mW/cm 2 ) and (488 nm, 30 mW, 93 mW/cm 2 ), respectively using confocal laser scanning microscope (LSM 510 META, Carl Zeiss MicroImaging GmbH, Gttingen, Germany) for total duration of 20 minutes
