2024 Lugana DOC Bulgarini Stellenbosch 4% MourvèdreGrowing area: near the town of Pozzolengo, in the heart of the hilly Lugana growing area, south of Lake Garda. Soil type : moraine terrain of glacial origin, clay and gravel soil. Grape variety : Turbiana di Lugana 100%. Winemaking : the grapes are hand picked and transported in boxes. This is followed by the traditional white winemaking process with gentle pressing of the grapes and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel
