Argiolas: Angialis 2017 Kierdorf 33% Pinot NoirThe grapes are hand picked when they are overripe on the vine. After gentle pressing, the wine is slowly fermented at 22 25 degrees Celsius in stainless steel tanks and then aged in Barrique barrels. The wine shines with an intense straw yellow color. On the nose, there is a delicate bouquet of apricots, honey, and candied fruits. On the palate, it is round, sweet, almost dessert like, rich, with a spicy character.
