It matured in a bourbon cask for 27 years before being bottled at 54. 1% ABV in 2019. This bottling was released to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Dornoch Castle Whisky Bar. Only 168 bottles were produced. An absolute rarity that was not available outside of Japan.
