This latest Rye Whisky from the Master Keep series is a blend of a 9 year old Rey Whisky and an 11 year old Rye Whisky and is bottled at a strong 54

This sake has a sweet and also an umami (savory) note

The bottle is a little dirty on the wooden cork but all seals are still intact

giving it a very complex flavor
