2018 Bandol Saint Ferréol Domaine de la Tour du Bon The quartzite absorbs the sun'sThis cuve was born in 1987 from the desire to isolate the finest Mourvdre from the domaine, but without damaging the domaine's red wine. Saint Ferrol is only produced when the classic cuve has a good balance on its own. Somewhat spiritual by its name, sometimes impenetrable by its color, Saint Ferrol is a tribute to this grape variety, both ubiquitous (90% in this wine) and so difficult to define, and to our small country made up of mixed soil types.
